Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with LOOPBUNER. Please note that once payment has been completed, we do not accept product exchanges, specification changes, order cancellations, or returns for customer convenience.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

LOOPBUNER takes great care to inspect all products to ensure quality. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, scratched, or different from the product information, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • If LOOPBUNER confirms that the product is damaged or defective, we will cover the repair costs.

  • If the product does not match the description, LOOPBUNER will cover the cost of replacing the product with a new one.

  • If the product was damaged during shipping, please do not discard any packaging materials (including the product itself). Contact us immediately with the packaging intact.

⚠️ Please note:

  • Product colors, images, and textures displayed on your computer screen may differ from the actual product due to display settings and usage environments.

  • Some product images are created using computer graphics. As a result, the actual color and texture may differ. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for these differences.

2. Returns or Cancellations Due to Delivery Delays

  • If your order is not delivered within 15 days, you will receive a 20% refund, and you may keep the product.

  • If your order is not delivered within 30 days, you will receive a 100% refund, and you may keep the product.

All orders are shipped locally from the UK. Average delivery time is 3–5 days, but next-day delivery may be available depending on your location.

3. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
